Bill Gates was addicted to Windows’ Minesweeper

There was a time when Windows developers launched a “Windows Entertainment Pack” which included Tetris and Klotski, among other games. This was done so people wouldn’t think that the operating system was a tool focused on large enterprises.

This pack included the famous Minesweeper, which was built into every version of Windows up through Windows 8 and can also be downloaded for Windows 10.

Gates was so addicted to it that he used to sneak into a colleague’s office after work to play the game.
