Elvis and Cash are the only ones to be inducted in both the Rock and Roll and the Country Hall of Fame

The only two people to have been inducted in both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Country Music Hall of Fame are Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.

Many people refute this fact saying that there are several other country music artists in the R&R Hall of Fame, such as Hank Williams and Jimmie Rodgers, but they were actually inducted as “Early Influences”, such as artists from other genres: Howlin’ Wolf and Muddy Waters (blues), Jelly Roll Morton and Louis Armstrong (jazz), etc.

On the other hand, Cash was inducted in the regular manner, as well as Elvis.
