There’s a Snoopy Museum in Tokyo

A museum dedicated to the famous Snoopy opened its doors April 23, 2016 in Roppongi, Tokyo. It’s a temporary museum, which will be open for 2 and a half years, and is the first outside of the United States dedicated to the art of Charles M. Schulz.

In the US, there’s already a Charles M. Schulz Museum, located in the author’s hometown of Santa Rosa, California.

“My Favorite Peanuts” is the first of 5 rotating exhibitions, featuring a selection of approximately 60 original comic strips, selected for the occasion by his wife, Jean Schulz.
